We get it...nobody likes renting gear.  It can be expensive, unreliable, and frustrating.  At the end of the day, you spend a lot of time formatting the equipment to work for your specific show, and then you have to turn around and give it right back.  Like we said...we get it. 

We started PAPI to solve the same problems.  Our team consists of MDs and touring musicians, and we are obsessed with putting on great shows.  Our goal is to maximize your show by helping to fill in the gear-gaps without breaking the bank, and above all else, making it easy.   We originally hand-built these rigs to work on tours that we were on ourselves, so we know they work. 

They're not always the prettiest pieces - our rigs and a la carte gear have all been used and abused across the world.  We've messed around with hundreds of versions of custom cables and custom back panels (like you're likely to see on Instagram for a ridiculous price) only to come all the way back around to the basics.  Gear that's easy to set up, easy to troubleshoot, and to be frank, JUST WORKS.

We pride ourselves on our communication and our support.  As cliche as it sounds, when you call PAPI, we want you to feel like you're calling a friend who's hooking you up.  To that point - we'll do everything we can to beat any price.  We can source gear for your specific needs.  Most importantly, we'll answer the phone if you need help troubleshooting (even in the most high-stress of sound checks).
