  • Our extensive inventory caters to both amateur and professional artists and bands, offering everything from pre-assembled rigs for playback and in-ear monitoring to an "a la carte" menu of mixers, interfaces, amps, pedals, keyboards, microphones, and more.  We stock equipment used regularly by touring artists to ensure practicality and reliability.  Whether you're heading out on tour, experimenting in the studio, or just need to fill in the gaps in your audio package in a pinch, we have the gear to meet your needs.

  • Renting gear from PAPI is straightforward:

    1. Browse our selection: Visit our website to see our full range of equipment. Each listing includes detailed specifications and pricing.
    2. Choose your equipment: Select the items that fit your needs and the nature of your show. If you need assistance, our expert techs can help you make the right choices.
    3. Book your rental: Provide your rental dates, event details, and contact information. A valid credit card is required for the security deposit.
    4. Pick up or delivery: You can pick up the equipment from our location, or we can arrange delivery and setup at your venue for an additional charge (Los Angeles only).
    5. Return: After your show, return the equipment in its original condition.

  • Just let us know!  At PAPI, we've all spent a lot of time on the road and we understand just how easily accidents can happen.  The extent of the damage will be assessed, and you may be responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs - when traveling with the gear, we strongly recommend tour insurance to mitigate any of your own liability.  Before renting, make sure to take a look at our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to gear damage.  Your honesty in reporting any issues is greatly appreciated, and letting us know as quickly as possible will only help us assist you in resolving the situation and getting you back to playing!

  • Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period for any gear if you find that you need it for longer than originally planned.  At PAPI, our team is made up of touring musicians and MD's, so we understand that plans can change on a dime.  To do so, please contact us to discuss your requirements and coordinate an extension. We will work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the gear's continued availability. Keep in mind that gear availability may vary, so it's advisable to let us know about your extension needs as early as possible to secure the equipment.

  • Yes, we offer comprehensive technical support to ensure your show goes smoothly.  We will always provide remote assistance over the phone for quick troubleshooting in a pinch.  Or, if you're looking for a more complete support system, we offer on-site support from one of our technicians who can handle setup, operation, and breakdown of the equipment. This service is available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance when you book your rental.  Whether this is your first show or your 1,000th, our support services are designed to give you peace of mind and keep your show running seamlessly.  When in doubt, call PAPI.
