Just let us know! At PAPI, we've all spent a lot of time on the road and we understand just how easily accidents can happen. The extent of the damage will be assessed, and you may be responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs - when traveling with the gear, we strongly recommend tour insurance to mitigate any of your own liability. Before renting, make sure to take a look at our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to gear damage. Your honesty in reporting any issues is greatly appreciated, and letting us know as quickly as possible will only help us assist you in resolving the situation and getting you back to playing!
Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period for any gear if you find that you need it for longer than originally planned. At PAPI, our team is made up of touring musicians and MD's, so we understand that plans can change on a dime. To do so, please contact us to discuss your requirements and coordinate an extension. We will work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the gear's continued availability. Keep in mind that gear availability may vary, so it's advisable to let us know about your extension needs as early as possible to secure the equipment.
