Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period for any gear if you find that you need it for longer than originally planned.  At PAPI, our team is made up of touring musicians and MD's, so we understand that plans can change on a dime.  To do so, please contact us to discuss your requirements and coordinate an extension. We will work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the gear's continued availability. Keep in mind that gear availability may vary, so it's advisable to let us know about your extension needs as early as possible to secure the equipment.

Yes, we offer comprehensive technical support to ensure your show goes smoothly.  We will always provide remote assistance over the phone for quick troubleshooting in a pinch.  Or, if you're looking for a more complete support system, we offer on-site support from one of our technicians who can handle setup, operation, and breakdown of the equipment.
